Makes about 1 and a half cup
Ingredients
2 packed cups of basil leaves, washed & drained
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
Method
2 packed cups of basil leaves, washed & drained

Method
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor or a blender and process until it becomes a smooth paste.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Will keep up to a few weeks.
- Great as a pasta sauce, pizza base or a condiment for your grilled chicken or fish.
