Hot and Sweet Salmon (H) (D)

Ingredients
6 boneless salmon fillets
1 tablespoon crushed chillies
2 teaspoons grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil + more for pan frying

Method
- Mix all of the ingredients (except for the salmon) in a bowl and whisk until they form a paste.
- Add in to the salmon fillets and ensure that all the surface is covered by the paste.
- Leave it for 30 minutes.
- Heat a griddle pan or a flat pan.
- Pour a small amount of oil on the pan then place the fillets skin side down first. Flip them on other sides when you can easily lift the fillet off the pan. Continue until you have all the sides cooked and slightly caramelized.
- Serve with rice and vegetables.
