THAI GRILLED CHICKEN (G) (H)
Ingredients
10 chicken wings
3 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds, ground
4 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
9 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoons ginger,grated
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon oil (any kind)
1/4 cup coriander stems & leaves
Method
10 chicken wings

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon oil (any kind)
1/4 cup coriander stems & leaves
Method
- Clean chicken wings and pat them dry.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius.
- Arrange the chicken wings on a greased baking pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until done. Keep basting the wings with the marinade and turn the chicken wings every 15 minutes.
- Enjoy with a squeeze of lime juice!
